Global Club Booking Platform
Club Bookers is a premium nightlife concierge platform founded by a renowned entrepreneur, offering VIP table bookings and exclusive nightclub access across the world’s top nightlife destinations. The platform connects users with elite clubs, personalized concierge services, and seamless reservation experiences.
The goal of this project was to build a scalable, high-performing website that reflects the luxury brand image while enabling easy management of clubs, bookings, and users across multiple countries.
The vision was to create a self-managed digital ecosystem that simplifies luxury nightlife bookings for users while empowering club owners with powerful management tools.

Our Solution
After a thorough analysis, we recommended a brand-new CMS-driven website built using client-provided HTML templates and mockups. WordPress was selected to ensure easy content management and long-term scalability.
A WordPress multisite architecture was implemented to support multiple country-specific domains. The platform includes role-based user authentication, club listings, booking management, secure payment integration, automated notifications, reviews and ratings, calendar synchronization, advanced search filters, and a fully responsive design.
The new Club Bookers platform has transformed our online presence and significantly increased VIP bookings worldwide.
